In the conventional method for manufacturing decorative veneers and boards, as shown in Figure 1, a roll coater 2 is used to coat the surface of a rotary or sliced material veneer l (usually dyed in the spring wood color). A colored adhesive 3 is applied, and then a plurality of the plants are laminated and pressed and bonded with a concave-convex die 4 to form a flitch 5, and the seven riches 5 are sliced from a predetermined direction to form annual rings based on the colored adhesive on the surface. A sliced veneer 7 expressing part 6 (summer wood part) was obtained.

However, in this method of expressing the annual ring part 6 using the adhesive 3 pre-colored in the color of the summer wood part, the second
As shown in Figures (2) and ([3), the adhesive layer 8 is inclined to the surface of the sliced veneer 7. Ten types of single-material veneers are used, depending on the color. There is a problem when the adhesive layer 8 inside the sliced veneer 7 is reflected on the surface and the annual rings 6 become thick and unclear, and it is impossible to avoid creating a strange feeling in the obtained sliced veneer 7. There wasn't. Also,
The surface of the sliced veneer 7 is further dyed, and the entire surface is the same. On the other hand, the raw material veneer 1 is directly dyed, or the surface of the dyed veneer obtained by dyeing after bleaching is coated with a garlic dye solution and A method has been proposed in which only the surface of the veneer is dyed in a deep color by sequentially applying an aqueous metal salt solution. To give a specific example and explain, Hohuitrawan (thickness),
0.2% of Mitsui Chrome Fast Brown K B and 0.5% of Mitsui Chrome Yellow cone as a mordant dye solution were applied to a dyed veneer of 0 MM).
Coat one side with an aqueous dye solution containing f50-60%, and then apply a 5% aqueous solution of ferric chloride to the same dye solution f50-40.
(Coating at 1/nf (7. Depositing each veneer with the coated surfaces on all machines, 2 to 2 coats in a steam atmosphere at 90 to 95°C,
Leave it for 5 hours to develop color. Alternatively, by another method, as shown in FIG. 3, the mordant dye solution 10 and the metal salt aqueous solution 11t+3il are applied to both sides of the dyed veneer 90 in the same manner as described above, and then the dye-applied surface and The metal salt coated surfaces are overlapped and colored in the same manner as above. According to the latter method, since gaps are partially created between the veneers 9, the color of the veneer I11 can be changed to a darker color, making it possible to express natural growth rings.

The method for producing a decorative veneer of the present invention is to obtain 7 pieces of veneer by layering a plurality of material veneers with an adhesive and bonding them by pressure, and then slicing the 7 pieces of veneer to obtain a sliced veneer. Manufacturing method of Vr-yo? The 472B agent contains one of a metal salt or a mordant dye, and the other is attached to the surface of the sliced veneer, and the 472B agent contains only the annual ring part based on the adhesive layer formed on the surface of the sliced veneer. It is characterized by developing color.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, gold LVf is added to the adhesive forming the annual ring in advance. A sliced veneer is obtained by adding salt, and a mordant dye is attached to the surface of the sliced veneer. As a result, the annual ring part (summer part) expressed by the contact J1 agent can be made clear by the selective coloring of the mordant dye. Sulfuric acid-1 thorium sulfate, oxidized
Mums etc. can be used and are mixed with the adhesive at a ratio of 5 to 20%.

Further, the mordant dye may be used by spraying the dye solution onto the surface of the sliced veneer, or by soaking it in a certain dye solution. , in this way,
The mordant dye adhering to the surface of the sliced veneer reacts with the metal salt in the adhesive layer to form a metal complex compound, which causes the dyeing to occur. So? At this time, the mordant dye attached to the veneer part (spring wood part) of the material that does not contain metal salts does not develop color and remains uncolored.

The decorative veneers obtained in Examples 1 to 4 all had clear growth rings, giving them an extremely natural feel. In particular, in the decorative veneer obtained in Example 4, it was possible to vary the width of the annual rings. Further, in these Examples, the adhesive contained a metal salt, but similar results were obtained even if the adhesive contained a mordant dye and the metal salt was attached to the surface of the sliced veneer.

Next, another method of manufacturing a decorative veneer will be explained. That is,
As mentioned above, 2. Decorative veneer is obtained by dyeing a material veneer obtained by rotary or slicing, etc. 1, then drying it and forming it (flitching) using an uneven mold, etc. When the material veneer is dried, it is slightly overdried, and an aqueous solution of a mordant dye is used for watering during humidity control, and a metal salt is added to the adhesive during molding, and the resulting sliced veneer is placed in a steam atmosphere. Leave it inside to darken only the annual rings. The drying is carried out to a bone dry moisture content of 5 to 20% when a moisture curing adhesive is used during molding, and to 5 to 15% when a thermosetting adhesive is used. An aqueous solution of mordant dye is applied to this veneer to control the moisture content at the time of molding.

Example 1: A veneer of white lauan material (thickness 1.01111 mm) dyed in rose color has an absolute moisture content of 15 to 2.
Dried to 5%. An aqueous dye solution containing 12% of Mitsu Chrome Brown Kl and 0.1% of Mitsui Chrome 71-St Yellow K13 was evenly applied to this veneer by spraying at approximately 60 to 80 Q/ztf. Next, small-faced bond X containing 5% ferric chloride was added.
A flitch was obtained by molding using R155 (described above).
The sliced veneer that had been sliced and dried was allowed to stand in a steam atmosphere at 95 to 100° C. for 1 hour, and only the first annual ring part was colored.
