  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光伝送路を形成する１本の光ファイバと；前記光ファイ
    バの一端部に、その発光面が該ファイバの入射端面と対
    向するように取付けられた１チップ発光素子と； 前記光ファイバの他端部に、その受光面が該ファイバの
    出射端面と対向するように取付けられた１チツプ受光素
    子とからなり； 前記１チップ発光素子の発光面には、それぞれ各チャン
    ネルの電気信号入力端子へ導通し、かつ互いに発光波長
    を異ならせた複数の発光領域が形成され； 前記１チツプ受光素子の受光面には、それぞれ各チャン
    ネルの電気信号出力端子へ導通し、かつ互いに検出波長
    を異ならせた複数の受光領域が形成されていることを特
    徴とする光波長多重伝送装置。
