半導体遮断器において、前記半導体制御素子のアノード
に各別にダイオードのアノードを接続し、該ダイオード
のカソードを一括して非直線抵抗体の一端に接続し、該
非直線抵抗体−の他端を前記半導体制御素子のカソード
