Claims

電気光学結晶基板に、一対の平行な側壁面と１両側壁面
とを繋ぐ１つの平面部との３面で囲まれる領域を形成し
、こめ領域の上記平面部に上記側壁面の間隔に略等しい
径を有して適宜深さに亘るドーム状の高屈折領域からな
るレンズ部を設け、かつ上記一対の側壁面に電極を設け
、上記レンズ部に均一な電界が印加されるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする焦点可変形集積化レンズ。A region surrounded by three planes, a pair of parallel side wall surfaces and a flat portion connecting one side wall surface, is formed on the electro-optic crystal substrate, and the flat portion of the temple region is provided with a space approximately equal to the spacing between the side wall surfaces.
