さ方向の端面部にそれぞれ金属粉末を焼付けて電極を形
成し、この電極面に電極板を導電接着材によって接合し
た発熱体において、前記サーミスタ素子の少なくとも電
極板との接合部の電極面を、凸状曲面に形成したことを
