て出力端子に接続するとともに第２の入力端子を第２の
抵抗を介して第１のコンデンサと第１の抵抗との接続点
に接続するとともに第２のコンデンサを介して上記出力
端子に接続（、上記第１および第２の入力端子にそれぞ
れ位相が１８０°異なりかつ所定の振幅比を有する信号
