Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ターボ過給機付内燃機関の排気タービンをバイパス
    する排気バイパス路を、ダイヤフラム装置によって作動
    するウェストゲートバルブを用いて開閉するウェストゲ
    ートバルブ装置において、前記ウェストゲートバルブの
    バルブステムにラックギヤを形成すると共に、゛このラ
    ックギヤに噛合するピニオンギヤを設け、さらに、この
    ピニオンギヤの回転軸は回転力を発生させるばね体によ
    って前記ウェストゲートバルブが排気バイパス路を閉じ
    る方向に付勢したことを特徴とするウェストゲートバル
    ブ装置。
