側の室とから誉れぞれ導出される管路が各々副方向切換
弁及び同主方向切換弁を介して圧力空気源に連通され、
前記各々の副方向切換弁は前記主方向切換弁と、圧力調
整弁を伴なう絞りを介して大気へ連通されるブレーキ弁
及び非常切換弁を介して前記各々の副方向切換弁を相互
に連結する管路とに切換作動されるように構成され、前
記各々の主方向切換弁は前記圧力空気源と大気に切換作
動されるように構成され、前記ピストンの両ストローク
エンドに前記各々の主方向切換弁の作動信号を出力する
ストロークエンド位置検出器が配設され、前記ピストン
の両ストロークエンド寄りに前記各々の副方向切換弁の
作動信号を出力するピストン減速位置検出器が配設され
て成るアクチュエータ作動用回路。 2 前記非常切換弁が圧力空気源と絞りを介して゛ 大
