る。

製作において多くは第1図及び第2図に示す如く構或に
なっており鋳物素材に機械加工をほどこし製作しており
この機械加工には平面度、弁逃げ溝の加工、穴明け加工
等のきびしい精度、及び複雑な加工が要求され、高度な
技術と時間を要した一方バルブとの組合せにおいてもビ
スあるいはリベットによる取付けに多くの時間が必要で
ありビスのゆるみ破損等による不良が多く生じていたま
たバルブとバルブプレートの衝突による衝撃も大きくこ
れが圧縮機の騒音増大につながっておりこの点に関して
も問題があった。

をそれぞれ溶接すると共に、上記2枚のバルブプレート
間に樹脂等の内部摩擦の大きい材料からなる緩衝材を介
在せしめたものであるから、複雑な機械加工を必要とせ
ず加工時間の短縮を計ることができ、またバルブとの組
立においてもビス、リベット等を使用しないので安価な
信頼性の高いものとなる他、ビス、リベット等の緩みに
よる弁のガタツキを防止することができ、更に2枚のバ
ルブプレートの間に緩衝材を介在させているので衝撃振
動の発生が低下し圧縮機の騒音の低減を計ることができ
るという顕著な効果を奏し得るものである。
