Connection ends 5b, 6 of upper heater 5 and lower heater 6
b was led out to the rear of the back plate 7 of the heating chamber 4, so the connecting ends 5b of these upper and lower heaters 5, 6,
6b, a relatively large accommodation space 22 must be provided between the back plate 7 of the heating chamber 4 and the rear plate 21 of the outer box 1, and the distance is h. Furthermore, in order to prevent the antenna effect of the lower heater 6 during operation of the magnetron 10, a radio wave absorber 2 such as ferrite is placed around the heater mount 8.
3 had to be provided, and the lower heater 6
゛Since it was removably attached to the heater mount 8, one dimension in the depth direction of the heater mount 8 is required to ensure electrical connection between the connection end 6b of the lower heater 6 and the heater mount 8. There were very few problems where a had to be made relatively long. Therefore, the housing space 2 formed at the rear of the heating chamber 4
Depth dimension A75 of 2; Disadvantage that it tends to become large and the entire device becomes large; Yes, large 'I! ! Installation is often difficult because it requires a swivel. In addition, in the storage chamber 9 on the right side of the heating chamber 4, there are many electrical components 7 in a limited storage space.
5! Since it is housed in a storage space, wiring work between each electrical component such as high-voltage electrical components and the control electrical component 17 is difficult during production.1. A high voltage of about 2000V is applied during maintenance and inspection work, and the voltage of about 100V is applied to various high-voltage electrical parts (first electrical parts) such as the high-voltage transformer 13, which generates a large amount of heat.
Since various control electrical components 17 (second electrical components) that only apply a moderate voltage and produce a small amount of heat are installed in the same storage chamber 9, heat generated by the high voltage transformer 13, magnetron 10, etc. There was a problem in that the leakage magnetic field and the like easily affected the control electrical components 17 and the like.

Therefore, there is a risk that these control electric components 12 may malfunction, and there is also a problem that the durability is reduced by 75 points.

Furthermore, the high-voltage electrical component 48 that generates a large amount of heat is housed in the storage chamber 41, and the second electrical components 68 such as the control electrical component 66 that generates a small amount of heat are arranged inside the operating section 33. The wiring work between the high-voltage electrical component 48 and the second electrical component 68 can be performed more easily than in the past, and maintenance, inspection, and other tasks can be facilitated. Furthermore, the rear plate 40 of the outer box 31 is removably attached with screws 74 . By removing the rear plate 40 from the outer box 31, some of the electrical components inside the storage chamber 41 can be exposed to the outside. Maintenance, inspection, etc. can be performed more easily. Further, a heat shield plate 50 is disposed between the high voltage electrical component 48 and the second electrical component 68, and a heat shield plate 50 is provided between the high voltage electrical component 48 and the second electrical component 68.
Since the second electrical component 68 can be placed apart from the second electrical component 8, it is possible to make it difficult for the second electrical component 68 to be affected by heat generation, leakage magnetic field, etc. of the high voltage electrical component 480. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the second electrical component from malfunctioning, and also to prevent a decrease in durability.

Note that this invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the operating section 33 may be provided above the J332, and the second electrical component 68 may be provided above the heating chamber 44 via a heat insulating material or the like. Furthermore, it goes without saying that various other modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention.

According to this invention, a storage chamber for electrical components is provided between the back plate of the heating chamber and the rear plate of the outer box, and the first electrical component that generates a large amount of heat and a cooling fan are arranged in this storage chamber. At the same time, an operating section is provided above or below the door provided on the front of the outer box, and a second electrical component with a small amount of heat is placed inside this operating section, so that it can be easily connected to the outer box. The internal space formed between the heating chamber and the heating chamber can be used effectively, making the overall size smaller, making wiring work during manufacturing, maintenance and inspection easier, and preventing malfunctions. and durability can be improved.
