  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１１ＤＩＰ形ハイブリッドＩＣにおいて、セラミック
    基板の表面の縁部に、コーティング用樹脂の流出を防止
    する枠状の流出止めを設けたことを特徴とするハイブリ
    ッドＩＣ構造。 （２）前記枠状の流出止めは樹脂壁より成ることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のハイブリッ
    ドＩＣ構造。 （３）前記枠状の流出止めは凹溝としたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のノ１イブリッド
    ＩＣ構造。
