の分解斜視図、第５図は同伝熱部材接合状態を示す横断
面図、第６図は第２の実施例の伝熱部材接合状態を示す
横断面図である。　　−。 図中、１１は基板、１２．２１は半導体素子、１３．２
３は伝熱部材、１４．２４は凹部、１５゜２６は熱伝導
性フンパウンドである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に搭載された半導体素子を、該半導体素子の表面
    に接合される伝熱部材を介し冷却する半導体素子の冷却
    構造において、前記伝熱部材に凹部を設け、該凹部に前
    記半導体素子の一部を嵌合させて接合したことを特徴と
    する半導体素子の冷却構造。
