イオードを直列に接続し、さらに前記演算増幅器の出力
端子と負入力端子間に抵抗および温度補償用ダイオード
を直列接続し、一方前記演算増幅器の正端子を定電圧に
固定して検波回路を構成し、前記検波ダイオードに加え
るバイアス電流を温度により可変させて、出力電圧を温
度変化に対して一足にしたことを特徴とする温度補償検
