Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 又は何首烏エキスを含有する発毛促進剤に関する。
−・般に発毛促進剤として使用される物質は。
優れた主目的効果を呈するとともに比較的長期間にわた
り連用することから，特に安全性が高いことが要求され
る。
本発明者等は．上述の効果を呈する物質の探索研究をな
した結果，古来より低下した肝及び腎機能を回復さーす
る働きにより滋養強壮剤として用いられてきた何首烏が
この目的にかなうことを見出し本発明を完成した。
本発明の優れた発毛効果は何首烏エギスをアルコール水
溶液に溶解したものを検体とし．これを除毛クリームで
脱毛したｄｄＹ系雄性ラットの腹部に２週間塗布した結
果確認した。
即ち，何首烏塗布群は対照群（アルコール水溶液のみ）
と比較し，塗布初期から発毛がみられ数日後において有
意に発毛促進効果が認められた。本発明の発毛促進剤は
発毛初期での効果が特に顕著であり，新規発毛促進剤と
して有用なものである。
本発明の発毛促進剤の実施に際しては．何首烏エキス末
ヲ配合したアルコールローション。
乳液，クリーム等の外用剤型のいずれを採用してもよく
，これ等は常法に従って製することができる。これ等外
用剤に含有させる何首烏エキスの含量は約肌１％〜ｌＯ
％，好ましくは０．５〜５％が考えられる。
以下，試験例及び処方例をもって本発明を説明する。
試験例 何首烏エキス（日本粉末薬品製，１重量部の何亡７烏を
３．ｉｌ【ｆｊｔ部の５０％アル］−ルで抽出したちσ
〕）を５０％アルコールに溶解した検液（何鉢烏エキス
含ｈ１５％）を興ず。
一方、実ｌゆ動物としてｄｄＹ系雄性ラットを選びその
腹部を除毛クリームで脱毛し、脱毛部に検液を１［１１
回１４１］間塗布した。
発毛促進効果は発毛スコアーを次のように設定し］　（
１匹の平Ｊθ値を指標としてｆＰ価した１、スコアー設
定 ０　　発毛みられず １　　発毛している ２　　硬毛がはえそろう ８　　硬毛の長さが正常型の約半分 ４・　　正常型の状郭 実ｈカ結果 図１に示す如く対照群（ｎ　＝　］　０　）に苅し塗布
？！Ｙ（ｎ　−１，ｎ　）は有意に発毛促進効果を呈し
た。
