たときであっても操作性が損なわれる以上説明してきた
ように、本発明によると、シフトレバ−の動作を同期装
置などの4合装置に伝達するフォークロッドの端部にロ
ーラを回転自在に取り付け、このローラを介してケーシ
ングの穴内にフォークロッドを軸方向に移動可能に支持
するようにしたので、非常に安い価格でフォークロッド
の摩擦力を減少させて変速操作機構の操作性を改善する
