れたシャフト上のクラッチハブのスプラインに沿ってハ
ブスリーブが移動されることにより、シフティングキー
、シンクロナイザリングおよび前進ギヤのシンクロナイ
ジングコーンとによる同期作用がなされて、前記シャフ
トと同シャフト上に回転可能に設けられた前記前進ギヤ
とが一体的に連結される一方、リバースシフト時には前
記ハブスリニブが前記前進シフト時とは反対の方向へ空
振り移動される形式のシンクロメツシュ機構を備えた手
動変速機において、前記クラッチハブのハブスリーブの
空振り移動側には非回転コーンを前記シャフトに対し相
対回転可能に設け、前記ハブスリーブと非回転コーンと
の間には摩擦リー　　ングをハブスリーブと共に回転し
かつ前記リバースシフト時には前記シフティングキーに
より非回転コーンに圧接されるように配設し、非回転コ
ーンには前記ケースの内壁にストッパ片を突設するとと
もに、ケースの内壁には非回転コーンのストッパ片に衝
合して同非回転コーンの回転を阻止しうる係止突起を設
