[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antenna reflector having a rotating curved surface, which allows the antenna reflector having a rotating curved surface to be easily and easily manufactured as an approximate rotating curved surface without impairing its electrical characteristics. The purpose is to make it possible to easily modify the mold for forming the curved surface of revolution, and to make it possible to create various types of curved surfaces of revolution with one mold.

Conventionally, to make an antenna reflector with a rotating curved reflecting surface, there is a drawing process in which the material is applied to a mold with a rotating curved surface, rotated, and a spatula is pressed to form the material, or a material is placed between the O-type and the ME-type of the rotating curved surface. This is done by pressing, in which the material is inserted and pressure-formed using a press, or by pounding, in which the material is deformed by being hit with a jig or hammer along with a rotating curved mold, and then pressed against it.

A plurality of hollow cylinders 2 are arranged concentrically on a substrate 1 so that their inner diameters gradually increase outward from the center and their heights from the substrate 1 decrease, and the tips of these hollow cylinders 2 are arranged concentrically. The envelope surface 3 of 2' forms a predetermined rotational curved surface.

A disk-shaped material 5 whose circumference is held by the outer frame 4 is applied from above the two groups of hollow cylinders to the two groups of hollow cylinders using a pressurizing device such as hydraulic pressure or screw tightening. An antenna reflector is created by moving the material to a certain side and pressing it to form an approximate rotational curved surface on this disc-shaped material.

For example, if a paraboloid of revolution with an aperture angle of 60 degrees, a diameter of 0.5 m, and a 12GH7 is required to have an area RMS of ±0.5 mm, the error due to approximation can be reduced to ±0 by increasing the number of hollow cylinders 2 to 5. .36, which is a sufficient approximation.
