Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 例えば、ガソリンと潤滑油を一緒に燃料タンク　　個に
入れて使用する小型ガソリン機関用の合成樹脂製携帯燃
料タンクでは、ガソリン格納用タンク（と親タンク）と
潤滑油格納用タンク（子タンク）と　　　をンクに注入
する。
両タンクは同時に使用されるので−ｇＦｃＬでおのが使
用上好ましい。そのため従来両タンクをソドで縛着して
いだが費用もか＼シ体裁も悪い。
た親子タンクを一体としてブロー成形するものあるが、
これは製造上上部に親子タンクをつな連通孔を設ける必
要があるため、携帯運搬中に子間の内科液の混合が避け
られない。したかつ両タンクには、混合比に適応した外
のガソリン混１渭油とを容れるｇ４雑さがあシ、Ｈ：意
の量を別に格納することができない不便さがある。
本発明はこのような欠点を解消することを目的するもの
であυ、以下図面についてその実施例説明する。
成し、これの上下部には上下から抱込み形籾をなす一対
の突条（３α）（３ｈ）を設け、上記凹溝（３）を蟻溝
状に形成せしめ、一方子タンク（２）には、親タンク（
１）に対向する側面に親タンク（１）の上記凹溝（３）
に嵌合すべき突出部（４）を設ける。また、上記凹溝（
３）の中央部縦方向にキー溝（３Ｃ）を、また子タンク
（２）の突出部（４）にはこのキー溝（３Ｃ）に適嵌す
るキー（ｌＩα）を設ける。
このような形状の親タンク（１）、子タンク（２）を別
個の鋳型によって夫々プロー成形するものであるが、子
タンク（２）はあらかじめ多量ブロー成形しておく、そ
して、親タンク（１）をプロー成形しハリ抜き１μ後、
まだ製品の温度が高く軟らかいうち、即ち熱間において
、既に製造後冷却し硬化している子タンク（２）の突出
部（４）を親タンク（１）の凹溝（３）に横方向から挿
入嵌合したのち、冷却硬化せしめることによって両者を
一体のものとする。両者の凹凸。
硬軟を逆にすることも勿論可能である。また何れか一方
を一旦硬化後、温度を高め軟化させて結合させるととも
勿Ｔｈ諭”Ｊ能である。
以上の製造方法によシ、夫々独立した容器をなし一体構
造の合成樹脂製親子容器を得ることができる。これによ
シ、バンドで縛着する手間が省は体裁がよく安価に製造
できる独立の茶器室を廟する親子容器を製造することが
でき、また、従来の親子タンク一体のブロー成形のよう
Ｋ、ガソリンと潤滑油が不測に混合することかないので
、両タンクの容量は任意に設定しうるなど優れた喘長を
有するものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 熱可塑性合成樹脂Ｍ親子容器において、−（１１１面　
    　バに抱き込み状の四部を設けた親容器と、−側面に　
    　まこれに嵌合する凸部を設けた子＄６とを、夫々別　
    　も個に製造し、親容器の熱間柔軟状態において、両　
    　ぐ者の凹凸部を嵌合せしめ一体構造とすることを特　
    　親機とする親子容器の製造方法。
