Traditionally, when constructing concrete slabs for buildings, the method of laying corrugated steel plates, etc. on the constructed beams and pouring concrete on top of them has been carried out. In addition to being troublesome, the overall weight of the concrete slab is heavy, and it also has disadvantages in that it has poor heat insulation and sound insulation properties. On the other hand, even if there is a construction method that does not use corrugated steel plates, but instead lays formwork and pours concrete, the work of laying the formwork is troublesome, such as supporting the formwork, and there are problems with heat insulation, sound insulation, etc. It had the same drawbacks.

Therefore, the present invention provides a method of constructing a concrete slab that can eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and inconveniences. The method is to provide a construction method for concrete slabs that can eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and inconveniences. Enlarged pedestal-shaped Glocks are erected at predetermined intervals, and a flooring material made of synthetic resin foam is placed between the pedestal-shaped blocks so that both ends thereof are supported by the enlarged cross-sectional portions of the pedestal-shaped blocks described above. The method is characterized in that concrete is poured onto the subfloor material and the pedestal-like blocks after the concrete is placed in sequence and reinforcement is appropriately arranged.

Next, the embodiments of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. (1) is a concrete pedestal-like block used in the practice of the present invention, which has an appropriate length and has walls on both sides so that the lower section of the block is enlarged. It forms a stepped circle,
Kaiser muscle 0z is embedded and fixed on the upper surface. The above-mentioned frame-like blocks are constructed at predetermined intervals between appropriately constructed wall beams (2) and the like (see FIG. 2).

Next, (2) is a plate-shaped flooring material made of foamed synthetic resin such as polystyrene, and both long side ends (a
) (a) shows the stepped portion (11) of the pedestal block (1).
A stepped portion C1l corresponding to 1 is formed, and the side end portion of the other short side is formed in a pot shape. Then, the above-mentioned subfloor material (2) is sequentially laid between the pedestal blocks so that the stepped portions (21) on both sides @ (a) (a) are supported at the step openings of the pedestal blocks. (See Figure 8). At this time, subfloor material (2) C, its both ends (a)
As shown in (a), by fitting the pedestal block (1) with good adhesion and abutting the short sides with the ridges and combs, etc., the sheets are laid out without any gaps throughout.

In addition, before pouring concrete (c), a U-shaped pipe support part (4 pieces) is provided at the top, and a piercing part (4 pieces) is placed at the bottom.
A flexible seamless vibrator (5) made of a heat-resistant polyethylene chineap connected to a hot water supply unit such as a solar water heater is attached to the support tool (5) having a support tool (42) by piercing it into the subfloor material (2), and connecting it to a hot water supply part such as a solar water heater. 4) Piping construction is easy if the pipe (5) is installed above the concrete (
c) It can be easily embedded and fixed in the interior of the floor, making it possible to install floor heating that circulates hot water inside the floor easily and at low cost.

Frame-like blocks (1) are erected at predetermined intervals between the wall beams and other beams that have been constructed, and the UL! A flooring material (2) made of M resin foam is spread between the above-mentioned pedestal blocks (1), and after reinforcement, concrete is poured to form a concrete slab (
8), there is no need for the conventional laborious work such as laying corrugated steel plates for concrete pouring or constructing formwork, and the subfloor material (2) itself is also lightweight. It is easy to handle, and construction of concrete slabs can be carried out very efficiently and easily.
