DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (1) Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an automatic teller machine for recycling paper waste, and particularly for recycling unfit bills that are heavily soiled, badly folded, or torn. In addition to automatically sorting the deposited paper money, the deposited paper money is pooled for each unit ticket, and when automatically refunding transactions from customers, the pooled paper money can be used to make payments possible. This relates to an automatic teller's machine for ticket recognition and recycling.

(2) Prior Art and Problems A so-called teller's machine, which allows deposits and withdrawals to be made without human intervention, is known. However, with conventional devices of this kind, for example, in the case of a paper drawer, a predetermined number of sheets of paper are set into the device from the outside, and once all of them have been drawn out, the device is stopped from being used. After replenishing the paper, I resumed using it.

In addition, measures against unfit notes as mentioned at the beginning were not sufficient, and appraisals of those unfit notes in a damaged state were not conducted sufficiently, and furthermore, good notes and unfit notes were treated equally. There were also problems in terms of service, such as the machine's operation being unreliable, and unfit bills being passed to customers via the machine.

(3) Purpose of the Invention The present invention solves the above problem in view of the above problem, and it distinguishes between unfit notes and genuine notes at the time of deposit, puts unfit notes into a cassette pool exclusively for unfit notes, and returns counterfeit notes. To provide an automatic teller's machine for discriminating and recycling good/damage bills, which also recycles bad paper deposited and pooled in a storage, and dispenses the same.

(4) Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the automatic tellers machine for discriminating and recycling good and damaged bills of the present invention includes a control device and at least one device connected to the control device for discriminating the state of damaged paper deposited.
Each storage 1 has an individual discrimination means and a gate for classifying paper into different paper types according to the discrimination result and storing only genuine bills.
and a means for storing unfit notes for unfit notes, storing the unfit notes that are classified as unfit notes by the discriminating unit in the unfit note storing means, and recycling the unfit notes stored in each storage for payment. It is characterized by being adapted to conduct transactions.

First, when depositing, the paper inserted from the deposit port IN passes through the primary dispensing section 7 and is put into the primary discrimination section 3, where it is inserted by the detection output of a sensor 6 (a plurality of them are installed), for example, a photo sensor. The type of paper that has been removed, the front and back sides, the state of counterfeit bills, etc. are determined, and if there is a counterfeit bill, the separator 8
The counterfeit bills are separated when passing through the bank, and the counterfeit bills are placed in the second
In the figure, the cards go downwards, and if the bills are correct, go upwards, and the front-back alignment section 9 aligns the fronts with the fronts and the backs with the backs. Next, the paper groups arranged in this manner are combined with the paper groups on the front side so that, for example, the paper groups on the back sides are facing the front side 2, and then the paper groups on the back sides are combined with the paper groups on the front side,
After that, it is placed on the belt L by rollers R and goes to the next secondary discrimination section 4.

Now, in the secondary discrimination section 4, the damaged paper of different types (denominations) passing through is determined, and if the damage of the damaged paper is severe, this undamaged note is marked as damaged. The tickets are not stored in the ticket storage 14 and reused at the time of payment, nor are they recycled. Note that when the paper that is determined to be a counterfeit banknote through the primary discrimination section 3 passes through the secondary discrimination section 4, when the primary discrimination section 4 is operating, the paper is 1l-1; Since it is controlled by the control device 4 so that it is not in an operating state, it passes through here and is returned through the return port EX. Then, the paper that is judged to be a valid note by the primary discrimination section 3 and the paper that is judged to be an unfit note by the secondary discrimination section 4 and can be used for private cycles are also classified as such. ..

At that time, for example, if it is a 1,000 yen bill (bill), the gate magnet 5-3 is activated under the control of the control device 1 to drop it into the storage 11 for the 1,000 yen bill pool, and if it is a 5,000 yen bill, the gate magnet is activated. 5-2 is activated, and when the 5,000 yen passes through there, it is dropped into the storage compartment 12 for the 5,000 yen bill pool, and if it is a 10,000 yen hole, the gate magnet 5-1 is activated to collect the 5,000 yen bill. Drop it into the container 13 for the circular hole pool.

On the other hand, the secondary discrimination section 4 detects unfit notes that are not worth returning but are damaged to some extent and are stored in the unfit note storage by activating the gate magnet 5-5, for example. It is deposited in the storage 14. Also, if the paper sheets overlap or are too close together and cannot be stored separately in the storage, they will be stored in the storage for damaged notes 14.

(6) Effects of the invention As mentioned above, unlike conventional devices of this type, the device according to the present invention is capable of classifying and storing paper waste deposited by customers into the device according to its type. You can recycle items and use them for withdrawals, and if necessary, you can replenish paper waste in the same way as before, so when the specified paper waste you set has been withdrawn, you can of the device
The drawbacks of the conventional device that would cause it to become unusable are eliminated, and the ten or so functions of the device are stabilized because damaged and unfit bills are baled (stacked) in a reject-only cassette.
