    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源投入時および電源電圧低下時にリセット信号を発生
    する電子回路において、抵抗とコンデンサによる電源の
    積分回路をリセット出力に接続し、さらにそのリセット
    出力にアノードが接続されるＮゲートサイリスタを有し
    、そのＮゲートサイリスタのゲートおよびカソードが前
    記電源に接続されることを特徴とするリセット回路。
