Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）互いに逆方向に屈曲可能な２つの屈曲片を長手方
    向に一列に配列して変位部材を形成し、該変位部材の一
    端側を固定部としかつ他端側を変位部とした変位装置。
  2. （２）屈曲片が金属板と圧電素子の貼合せ体からなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の変位装置。
  3. （３）２つの圧電素子の分極方向が互いに逆方向で、か
    つ長さが略等しい実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の
    変位装置。
