Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain smooth squeeze motion while a tension degree as a printing plate is kept optimum, by adhering a metal plate in screen printing to a frame through edge cut-cloths arranged in checker-board manner. CONSTITUTION:At first, edge cut-cloths 21, 22 in a Y-axis direction are placed in parallel as lower cloths and pulled by a screen tensioner 30 to be temporarily fastened. In this state, both end parts 36 of a metal plate 35 are adhered to end lines 26, 27 to be cured and only widths 32 adhered with a square 34 are adhered to a tensioning frame 25. In the next step, edge cut-cloths in an X-axis direction are arranged and the edge lines thereof are adhered to both end parts of the metal plate 35 while widths 37 are ahered to the tensioning frame 25. In the last process, the residual edge cut-cloths are removed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to frame bonding of a metal plate in screen printing, and involves not directly bonding the metal plate to the frame, but indirectly bonding the metal plate to the frame using gauze as an intermediate. For gauze harishi, scraps of cloth are arranged in a grid pattern in a frame. (Arrangement includes temporarily fixing the edge lines in a grid pattern to the frame in tension.) A box-shaped blank part is formed by each edge line of the edge cut cloth arranged in a grid pattern. This end wire is a tension wire, so if you feel safe, use tension wire, that is, piano wire.

又は、釣糸の如きものを端線際に加えることもある。Alternatively, something like a fishing line may be added near the edge.

The tension of the end wire is temporarily fastened to the frame (if necessary, leave it in a situation where it is possible to peel it off), and the end of the metal plate is joined within the box J1. (
Bonding is using a permanent epoxy resin adhesive)
1. Join the same YII1V frame.Next, draw the X, 4Y and Y axes against the 111th plate (the edge cut is made of square-shaped joint gold), and (stretch the gauze with a pneumatic gauze tensioner). (Match and join to the frame.) Join together with the remaining end 4F. This is a method for stretching a metal plate frame with an intermediate body, which is characterized by joining the overlapping parts of the fabric to the frame.

The names of screen printing include silk printing, stencil printing, and Iff copy printing. j To print on mineral stamp base paper or photographic base paper for the drawings of door copy plates, it is universal to cut out a window in a separate base paper and paste the surrounding area to print, and this is an extension of this technique. Traditionally, and even today, a piece of gauze is stretched over a frame and the periphery of a metal plate is joined to the center of the gauze.

The disadvantage of the conventional method described above in which a window is made in a single piece of gauze cloth and a metal plate is bonded to it is that the edge of the gauze cloth with the window is on the upper side of the metal plate at the end of squeegee printing. It is impossible to change the position of this part to the lower side by opening a window in one piece of gauze, and the final gauze end joint on the upper side protrudes and there is a risk of collision with the squeegee.
