径の円筒状をなすバルジ型内へ挿入するとともに、その
内部に液体を充たし、かつバルジ型の開口端部に挿入し
た摺動型をもつて、前記有底円筒体を軸線方向に押圧し
つつバルシ加工することにより、ボスに相当する部分以
外を拡径させ、得られたVプーリ半成品における前記内
向***部に対応する部分を、外側よりローラで押圧加工
することにより、基端側がボスの開口縁に連なる折返し
重合部としたV溝部を成形し、さらに、前記ボスの端壁
に、取付孔を穿設することを特徴とする金属板製Vプー
リの製造方法。 2 摺動型が、軸線方向の液圧導入孔を備え、バルジ加
工に際レ該導入孔より、有底円筒体内に液圧を導入する
