針穴に挿通させる如くした針穴機構に係り、その目的と
するところは従来のジグザグミシンにおいて針の振巾方
向に長く形成された針穴では針に押されて布が針板下に
陥没してたるみを生じ該たるみが次に針と共に針板上に
引き上げられ針の上下運動毎にいわゆる布のバタツキ現
象を起しこの為目とび等縫い不良を生じていたが、本考
案はこれら欠点を排除し常に良好なる縫いを構成できる
ジグザグミシンを提供することにある。

同心で揺動されるので運動が極めて円滑であり機構精度
の向上及び維持が容易である等工作上の効果も多大であ
