Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　高温高圧ガス雰囲気下で被処理体を加圧加熱する熱
    間静水圧処理装置において、上下方向の複数段に分割さ
    れ各段毎に独立して加熱量制御可能な加熱帯３を有する
    加熱装置であって、横枠として黒鉛質環状部材５．５と
    、縦枠としての黒鉛質支柱６，６とから形成した発熱体
    保持用籠体２と、前記黒鉛質環状部材５．５および前記
    黒鉛質支柱６．６により区切られる区画毎に分割され、
    かつ電気絶縁碍子７，７を介して前記節体２に電気絶縁
    的に支持されて、前記加熱帯３の要素部材に形成した黒
    鉛質発熱体４゜４とからなることを特徴とする加熱装置
    。 ２　前記黒鉛質発熱体４．４が前記黒鉛質環状部材５，
    ５における内側面を含む垂直面および外側面を含む垂直
    面により画成される空間内に配設されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の加熱装置。 ３　左右に隣り合う前記黒鉛質発熱体４，４が、前記黒
    鉛質支柱６を電気絶縁的に横切らせた可撓性黒鉛シート
    ８により、相互に電気的に接続されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第２項記載の加熱装置。 ４　前記黒鉛質発熱体４．４が、その直下に位置する前
    記黒鉛質環状部材５に固定された電気絶縁碍子７の上に
    載置されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３
    項のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。 ５　前記黒鉛質発熱体４．４が、その直上に位置する前
    記黒鉛質環状部材５に固定された電気絶縁碍子７により
    懸垂されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３
    項のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。 ６　前記黒鉛質発熱体４．４が、その側方に位置する前
    記黒鉛質支柱６に固定された電気絶縁碍子７により支持
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項の
    いずれかに記載の加熱装置。
