Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （１）技術分野 本発明はプリンタ等に使用される給紙装置に関する。
（２）従来技術 第８図は、従来のセパレータを用いたプリンタの外観を
示すもので、連続伝票用紙を用いたものである。この構
造では、連続伝票用紙１をプリンタ本体のケース２とセ
パレータ３の間からケース２内に挿入し、内部の紙送９
機構によって連続又は断続的にケース２の外へ送り出し
て、セパレータ６の上面全通して給排紙がスムーズに行
なわれるようにしていた。従ってΦ法用７紙（ソート紙
）を用いる場合には、セパレータ３を外してこの取付は
孔に給紙装置を取付けるか、セパレータ５とは別箇所に
給紙装置を数例け、連続伝票用紙と単票用紙の使い分け
を行なっていた。
また、上記の給紙装置は第９図に示すように、１対のレ
ール４とレールホルダ５とレールガイド６を有し、この
上部に紙幅に応じてレール４上を摺動する規制タフ等か
ら成っている。
以上の構造では、連続伝票用紙のセパレータと単票用紙
の給紙装置とを別個に必要とし、双方の用紙を適宜使い
分けるワードプロセッサ等のプリンタで１は脱着の手間
がかかり、使用が面倒であった。また、給紙装置も構造
が複雑で、高価なものであった。
（３）　　　目　　　　　的 本発明Ｔ’Ｓ　％上記の不具合点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、連続伝票用紙のセパレータと単票用紙の給紙装置と
を兼用し、各用紙を使用する際の脱着のわずられしさを
解消することを目的とする。
本発明の他の目的は、構造が簡単で安価な給紙装置を提
供することにある。
（４）構　成 第１図（４５本発明に係る給紙装置１０を備えたプリン
タの斜視図であり、給紙装置１０を支え部材１１によっ
て傾斜させ、単購用紙を使用した状態を示している。紙
幅の規制板１２１及び１２２は案内、仮１３上を摺Ｍｈ
可能に取付けられており、紙幅に応じてスライドさせる
。規制板１２１は印字開始位置（左端位置）を固定にす
る場合には、スライドせずに固定させても構わない。
第２図及び第３図は、それぞれ本発明の給紙装置を単票
用紙用の給紙装置と連続伝票用紙用のセパレータとして
用いた時の紙の送給経路を示す図である。
第４図は、本発明の給紙装置の平面図で、案内板１３０
両側縁に度決め１３１とプリンタ本体を結合するための
ヒンジ１３２がそれぞｉｌ、１対ある。
こね、に紙幅規制根石１２２と左１シ１が、案内板１３
に装着され、矢印Ａ及びＢの方向に紙幅に合せるために
自在に勤〈。
第５図は第４１Ｄの裏面図で、案内板１６の下端面１３
３と下端面１３４に、紙幅規ルリ板右１２１と左１２２
に設けられたフック部１２１ａ、１２１ｂ及び１２２ａ
、１２２ｂと、バネ部１２１ｃ。
１２１ｂ及び１２２ｃ　、１２２ｄがそれぞれ対向して
案内板、１３の上端面１６３と下端面１３４に係合して
いる。しかもフック部１２１　ａ、　１２１ｂ及び１２
２ａ’、１’２２ｂとバネ部１２１０，１２１（１及び
１２２ｃ　、１２２ｄはそれぞれ適正な間隔を保ってい
るために、案内板１３の一ヒ端面１３３と下端面１３４
は前記同様に適正な間隔を保っており、紙幅規制板石１
２１と左１２２の摺動に際しては、平行移動を可能とす
る。両側縁の度決め１３１の裏面には凹１ＨＢ　ｉ　３
　ｓが形成されており、支え部材１１がそれぞわ、装着
されており、支え止め具１１１によって支持されている
。この支え部月１１は、支え屯め具１１１′Ｊｆｃ支点
として回動自在で、単票用紙全使用する際には支え部材
１１を回動させ、一端１１ａをプリンタ本体ケースの係
止部２ａ（第１図）に係止させ、給紙装置１０を傾斜さ
せた状態で安定させる。連続伝票用紙を使用する場合に
は、支え部材１１は溝１６５内に収納されている。
第６図は第４図Ａ−Ａ’断面図で、案内板１３の中心線
部で断面されている。紙幅規制板１２１のフック部１２
１ｂが、案内板１３を上端面１６６の方向からかかえて
いる。もう一方の下端面１３４の方向から（ｒよバネ部
１２１ｄにより常時はさみ込んでいる。このバネ部１２
１ａＫＵ断面がＬ型の段差部１４があり、案内板１６か
ら外れることを防止する役割を果している。
第７図は本発明の給紙装置の分解斜視図で、案内板１３
のヒンジ１３２がプリンタ本体又はケースのヒンジ孔１
５に装着できることを示している。
　５− （５）効　果 以上説明したように、本発明に係るプリンタの給紙装置
ηにおいて、案内壁を有する案内板と、断面形状がフッ
ク状で相対したバネ部を具備し、このバネ部のたわみに
より任意の位置から嵌入係合でき、しかも前記バネ部に
より任意の位置で固定でき、操作性がすぐれている。
しかも案内板金はじめ、フック部、バネ部を有した紙幅
規制板をプラスチックを中心とした成形材で一体加工が
可能でちゃ、外観も良好でデザインの自由度があり、安
価で容易に製造することができる。
更に、本発明の給紙装置を用いれば、セパレータと給紙
装置を別個に用意する必要がなく、取替えの手間が省け
るので、連続伝票用紙と単票用紙を頻繁に取替えて使用
するような装置に゛おいて、非常に効果を奏する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. プリンタ本体ケースに回動自在に軸支するための一対の
    ヒンジ部と両側縁に形成され良度決め壁とを有する案内
    板と、該案内板の一部に取９つけられ回動可能な一対の
    支え部材と、紙幅に応じて前記案内板上を摺動可能な少
    なくとも１枚の規制也とから成ることを特徴とするプリ
    ンタの給紙装置。
