Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When crude refuse falls from a sink 2 through a water draining pipe 3 to the inside of a treating casing 10, water flows out through through- holes 12 to a down stream side 3' and to the outside part. When the crude refuse accumulates in the casing 10, a cylinder 18 is extended to move a pressing plate 17 to a discharge part 14 side. The crude refuse is fitted between the plate 17 and an open/shut plate 15 and the dehydrated water flows through the holes 12 to the down stream side 3' of the pipe 3. When the plate 17 moves further to increase the pressure, the plate 15 is opened and the compressed crude refuse A is dropped from the part 14 to a lower refuse bag 16. いし3日間留めおき、その後市役所等で定めた日時に路
上に持ち出しているのが現状である。この現実から垣間
見れば、すなわち食中毒をひきふ・こす腐敗物と雑菌の
中で人々が食する料理を作っているのであるし、その悪
臭に群がる各種の虫も雑菌と一諸に当然集まり、その為
その虫達(ハエ・ゴキブリ・小バエ・ネズミ等々)が運
ぶ病源菌も多々食物に付着されているのである。さらに
は路」二に持ち出された各種の生ゴミは市役所等の手に
よって集成運搬され、焼却・埋立処理されているが、現
状の生ゴミにあっては、公知のごとく水分が60%〜8
0%含まれ、それによっては、ビニール袋の底部に多量

な回収機関によpこれを処理場に集め、多くは焼却処理
を行っている。しかしながらこの種の生ゴミはそれ自体
水分を多く含む上充分に脱水されていないから焼却処理
の効率が悪く、また各家庭においても回収日が何日置き
かに決められているからその間家庭で貯留しておかねば
ならずこれが原因で異臭の発生や病害虫の寄生、繁殖が
生ずるなど衛生上の環境を損っていたものである。 本発明はこのような従来の処理手法の問題点に鑑みなさ
れたものであって、各家庭の台所あるいは飲食店などの
業務用調理施設で生ずる生ゴミ等を極めて容易に完全脱
水するとともに圧縮した状態でバックし廃棄し得るよう
にしたものである。即ち本発明の生ゴミ圧縮脱水パック
処理装置は、投入口を具えた透水性を有する処理ケーシ
ングに対し、進退自在に抑圧板を設け、一方これに対応
して抑圧板の進入方向前方における処理ケー゛シングの
排出部側には、常時弾性的に閉鎖傾向を保つ閉鎖板を設
けたことを特徴とするものである。 以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて具体的に説明する
。符号lは本発明たる生ゴミ圧縮脱水パック処理装置で
あって、−例として台所における流し台(シンク)2の
下面から引き出される排水管3の途中に設けられるもの
である。 以下この生ゴミ圧縮脱水パック処理装置lについて詳細
に説明する。まず符号lOは本装置の処理ケーシングで
あって、−例として断面矩形状あるいは断面円形の筒体
を用いるものであり、全体をほぼ水平乃至は生ゴミAの
排出側をやや上方に向けて傾斜配置する。そしてこの処
理ケーシング10の上方は、投入口11において排水管
3と連通ずるように構成するとともに、周囲には適宜生
ゴミ等が落下しない程度の適宜の大きさの透水孔12t
−形成する。尚、この透水孔12に対応してここからの
排水を排水管3の下流側3′に導くべく処理ケーシング
lOを囲むように外ケーシング13を設けるものである
。そして本装置の排出部14側における処理ケーシング
lOの端部には常時弾性的に閉鎖傾向を有する開閉板1
5を設けるものであって、このものは例えばダイヤ72
ム状のステンレス板、あるいは合成樹脂板等をもって構
成されるものである。そしてこの開閉板15よシ更に排
出部14側においては外ケーシング13を下方に屈曲さ
せて形成するものであシ、この取出口周囲にはジャバラ
状に折)畳んだチーープ状のゴミ袋16を外嵌めするよ
うにして収納するものである。一方この処理ケーシング
lO内には更に排出部14側に向けて進退する抑圧板1
7を設けるものでアシ、この抑圧板17はその後背部に
設けたシリンダ18によって駆動されるものである。尚
、符号19は押圧板の上方においてシリンダ18側に延
長形成されるように取シ付けられた投入口11の遮蔽板
であり、この遮蔽板19によシ処理作業中における投入
口11を閉鎖し、上方からの生ゴミAを、押圧板17の
後背部に落下しないように一時的に貯留させるものであ
る。この場合にも水分等の排出は許容されるように、遮
蔽板19には適宜透水孔20を形成しておくことを可と
するものである。更に本装置における排出部14側には
押圧板17の動きと関連して作動するバック処理部材2
1が設けられるものである。このものの機構乃至は作動
態様を簡単に述ると、バック処理部材21は外ケーシン
グ13に形成されたブラケットηに取シ付けられるもの
であシ、押出版囚とヒートシーラスとを主要部材とする
ものである。そしてヒートシー224は、詳しくは後述
するが、押圧板17め退去に伴ってヒートシールバーが
ゴミ袋16を挾むように圧着してヒートシールし、その
後再びヒートシールバーが拡開するように作動するもの
である。 勿論この動きは適宜シリンダ、電磁グランジャ等によっ
てプログラム設定して行ってもよいし、あるいはコンジ
ットケーブルや適宜のリンク機構を介してこのような作
動がなされればよいものである。 本発明は以上述べたような構成を有するものであシ、次
のように動作して生ゴミAの脱水処理を行うものである
。まず準備段階においては、抑圧板17はそのシリンダ
18が収縮した状態とされることによって処理ケーシン
グio内において排出@ 14から最も隔たったところ
に位置するとともに、押出板力も第2図中最も左方に退
去した状態とされ、更にヒートシール24を構成するヒ
ートシールバーが互いに離開した状態とされているので
ある。このような状態で流し台2で住じた生ゴミを排水
管3をへて処理ケーシングlOの投入口11から処理ケ
ーシング1o内に落下させると、それに含まれる水分は
適宜透水孔12ヲ通って外ケーシング13から排水管の
下流側3′に至って外部に流出するのである。そして一
定量の生ゴミAが処理ケーシングio内に溜まった後は
、シリンダ18を伸長させて抑圧板17を排出部14側
に移動させてゆくのである。しかるときは生ゴミAは弾
性的に閉鎖している開閉板15と抑圧板17との間に嵌
さまれ、これによって脱水された水分は適宜透水孔12
から排水管の下流側3′へ流れ出るのである。更にシリ
ンダ18の伸長による抑圧板17の移動が進められて開
閉板15の閉鎖している強さよシ圧カが高まると、開閉
板ルは生ゴミAに押されて開放されるようにな多、適宜
生ゴミAは排出部14から下方のゴミ袋16内に落下し
てゆくのである。しかる後シリンダ18が収縮して押圧
板17の退去が始まると、これに伴ってバック処理部材
21におけるヒートシーラスが、ゴミ袋16を外側から
挾み付けるようにしてヒートシールし、はぼ押圧板17
が待機状態に戻った位置で再びヒートシーラムが開いて
ゴミ袋16のシールを完成させて再び待機するのである
。尚、抑圧板囚は次の処理に伴い押圧板17の前進とと
もに生ゴミAのバックされたゴミ袋16を前方に移動さ
せ、また元の位置に戻るように作動するものである。 本発明は以上述べたような構成作用を有するもものであ
り、生ゴミ等を円滑に且つ、何ら手を汚すことなく回収
、廃棄できるようにしたものでhas従来のこの種の生
ゴミ処理における問題点をことごとく解決し得たもので
