However, there is a strong demand for the addition of a diversified appearance to the excellent functions of knitted fabrics such as stretchability and fit. Among these, there is a strong demand for FC knitted fabrics with a frill-like form, and special warp knitting machines and Methods of knitting tape using special equipment have been started, but none of these methods have yet been provided with satisfactory knitted fabric functions such as stretchability or in terms of cost.

In the present invention, after knitting is performed using a double knitting machine with different numbers of stitch courses independently using cylinder needles and dial needles, rib knitting or tuck knitting is performed using both cylinder needles and dial needles. When forming silk fabric by knitting, one course of stitches with a larger number of courses before binding is knitted with soluble yarn, and one or several courses of stitches before that are knitted with high shrinkage yarn. This is a method for producing a frill-like knitted fabric, which is characterized by knitting with threads and dissolving the dissolvable threads and shrinking the highly shrinkable threads.

以下、本発明を図面により更に詳しく説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

By combing the stitches (F) into high-shrinkable yarn and making the stitches (G) denser, the silk fabric made with the ordinary yarn (f) can be made with the ordinary yarn (b) as shown in Figure 2. An excellent frill-like knitted fabric can be obtained in which the knitted fabric has a frill-like shape and the tips are made of high-shrinkable yarn.

The term "dissolvable thread" as used in the present invention refers to a thread that can be easily dissolved by water treatment, hot water treatment, solvent treatment, or the like. Furthermore, high shrinkage yarn refers to yarn that needs to improve the stitch density and prevent the stitches from fraying, and has a submergence shrinkage rate of 10 or more, although this varies depending on the yarn material used.

Using each cotton yarn of Ci, after turning the set t & up to the 4th yarn feeder 10 times, at the 45th yarn feeder, all dial needles were set to the tuck position, cylinder needles were set to the knit position, and polyester false twisting was carried out. It was knitted using processed yarn of 150 denier. In addition, the linear melting temperature at the 44th yarn feeder was 60

I was able to obtain a shaped knitted fabric.
