Conventionally, when knitting an inlay inserted fabric using a double knit striping machine, depending on the yarn characteristics of the inlay inserted yarn and the way the inserted yarn appears on the surface of the knitted fabric, the finished knitted fabric may be raised due to poor shrinkage of the inlay inserted yarn. or raw bending phenomenon,
That is, the quality was poor, with center mark defects occurring.

In view of this, the present inventors have discovered a method for producing a lining knitted fabric in which center mark defects do not occur even when an inlay insertion knitted fabric is knitted using a double knitting machine. That is, the present invention uses a double knitting machine so that the stitch density on the upper needle side (dial needle side) is coarse and the stitch density on the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) is dense. While knitting, use a yarn with a hot water shrinkage rate 2 to 20% higher than the knitting yarn as the inlay insertion yarn, and insert it so that the yarn appears on the upper needle side (dial needle side) where the stitch density is coarse, This is a method of producing a finished knitted fabric in which the upper needle side (dial needle side) is used as the outer fabric and the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) is dyed and finished as the lining fabric.

Next, in the third course 3, the inlay insertion yarn is inserted and knitted so that it appears on the upper needle side (dial side), and the third course 3 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is knitted. Here, the inserted inlay insertion yarn is 2 compared to the knitting yarn.
It is necessary that the yarn has a high shrinkage rate of ~20% in hot water. For example, the knitting yarn uses processed polyester yarn, and the inlay insertion yarn uses wool yarn, acrylic yarn, or interlaced polyester filament yarn. For example, using
A combination of tapolester processed yarn--polyester filament interlaced yarn, polyester processed yarn--wool, acrylic regular yarn--acrylic bulky yarn is desirable. In this case, since the inlay insertion yarn has a higher hot water shrinkage rate than the knitting yarn, by dyeing and finishing it, it is possible to control the dubbing of the inlay insertion yarn at the greige stage.
Furthermore, when the inlay insertion yarn appears on the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) as in the conventional case, the inlay insertion yarn comes into contact with the knitting machine take-up section lo-fu, and the inlay insertion yarn bends at both ends of the greige machine. A bending phenomenon occurs, resulting in a center mark defect after the dyeing process. However, when the inlay insertion yarn appears on the upper needle side (dial needle side) as in the present invention, the knitting yarn is placed on the green machine winding roller. The knitting yarn alleviates the bending of the inlay insertion yarn in the two selvedge parts of the greige, and by using the greige Ikebukuro side (top needle side) as the front side of the finished knitted fabric after dyeing, raw bending defects, That is, the center mark defect can be eliminated. Next, in the fourth course 4, only the long needles 3 of the lower needles (cylinder needles) are selectively knitted to knit the fourth course 4 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

Further, the fifth course 5 and the sixth course 6 are also knitted by knitting with selected needles, as shown in FIG. 7th
In course 7, inlays are inserted in the same manner as in the third course 3. In the 8th course 8, the lower needle (cylinder needle)
Only short needles 4 are knitted by selective knitting, and thereafter, knitting is repeated sequentially to obtain knitted fabric A. In this case, the stitch density on the upper needle side (dial needle side) is coarse and the stitch density on the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) is dense. It is necessary that the number of wales is greater than the werlow number of upper needle stitches. To achieve this, the number of stitches on the lower needle (cylinder needle) is larger than the number of stitches on the upper needle (dial needle), and the stitches are formed coarser on the upper needle side and denser on the lower needle side. The number of stitches on the upper needle: the number of stitches on the lower needle = 1:1.5-4.
5 is suitable, preferably around 1:3. Next, the obtained knitted fabric is dyed and finished so that the upper needle side (dial needle side) becomes the outer fabric and the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) becomes the lining fabric. The knitted rope fabric obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention is ``useable for post-processing such as dyeing due to the use of a yarn with a high hot water shrinkage rate of 2 to 20% compared to knitted yarn as the inlay insertion yarn. The hot water treatment causes the inlay insertion yarn to shrink, resulting in a loss of quality in the finished knitted fabric after dyeing.
Excessive stretchability, which is a drawback of two-piece knitted fabrics, is controlled by shrinkage of the inlay insertion yarn, resulting in a final knitted fabric with low stretchability.

In addition, the inlay insertion yarn is knitted so that the stitch density on the upper needle side (dial needle side) is coarse and the stitch density on the lower needle side (cylinder needle side) is dense. By pushing it out to the needle (dial needle) side,
It is possible to reduce the occurrence of raw folds at the winding part of a double knitting machine, and to eliminate the raw fold defects by using the back side of the greige striped fabric (top needle side) as the front side of the finished knitted fabric. In addition, the obtained final knitted fabric becomes a knitted rope fabric that is like a textile without elasticity, so it is an extremely excellent knitted fabric for use as outerwear for men, women, and children.
