Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for a shaping metal mold consisting of an inner mold and an outer mold by such an arrangement wherein a sheet of raw material corresponding to the developed form of a case is stamped out, and at the same time, folding lines are formed at its both sides by heating, and the sheet is doubled and reinforcing sheets are joined to its both sides. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of raw material A wherein a front board portion 1, bottom board portion 2 and back board portion 3 are continuously provided in order is integrally formed, and side board portions 4, 5, 6 are also continuously provided to both edges of each of those board portions 1-3. Simultaneously with stamping out, a folding line 7 is processed being heated by high frequency wave, etc. at all boundaries between board portions 1-3 and side board portions 4-6 respectively, and the sheet is doubled with the bottom board portion 2 placed at the center. As the overlapped side board portions 4, 6 are cut off, being melted, at the center of their width, the sheet naturally becomes the condition of a flat square case. Reinforcing sheets 11 which are the same in shape and material as that of side board portions 4, 6 are placed on the side board portions, and they are integrally joined being fused to obtain a final product.

When the left and right side plates that overlap vertically in Fig. 2 are cut by melting, there is no crease between the front plate 1, the back plate 3, and the bottom plate 2, so the area near the bottom plate is restored to the unfolded state shown in Fig. 1. and the front plate part, back phase part and its parts]
Since there is a crease line 7 between the l+ plate parts, at the same time as the above-mentioned fusing occurs, the case naturally becomes a flat rectangular case as shown in FIG.

The present invention has the above-described structure, and the method for manufacturing this synthetic resin case includes punching out the expanded material of the vertical flat rectangular cylindrical case from a soft synthetic resin sheet, and applying heat to the base of each side plate. The first step is to create crease lines, the second step is to fold the punched material in half with the bottom plate in the center, and the third step is to cut the overlapping 11+11 roots in half at the center in the ↑J direction. Finally, the fourth step consists of stacking a reinforcing sheet on the outer surface of the side plate, which has been made continuous by fusing, and welding it together. According to this method, the punched case material is folded in half and the overlapping side plate is folded in half. At the same time, the case is melt-cut at the center in the middle direction, and at the same time it becomes a vertical, flat, square cylinder with a bottom. There is no need for an inner mold or an outer mold to make the case into a box shape, which is required in conventional case manufacturing of this type of case. The process becomes extremely simple, the production time per unit time is reduced, and the advantage is that synthetic resin cases can be provided at low cost.

In addition, when the crease line 7 is formed under heating in this type of synthetic resin case, the vicinity of the crease line softens or melts, producing a gloss and significantly reducing the commercial value. A prayer piece 13 made of an electrically insulating material such as Heckleite is interposed on the back side of the case material at the part where the markings are applied, and a plate piece 14 made of a thermally conductive material such as brass is placed on both sides 1111 of the plate piece 13. By forming the crease line 7 by sub-frequency heating, the two-part electrode 15 and the lower electrode 16
The heat generated between the folds is partially suppressed by electrical insulation, and the generated heat is absorbed by the heat conductive piece 14, so the heat near the creases is quickly dissipated, and the synthetic resin sheet This has the effect that softening or melting caused by overheating in areas where heating is not desired can be effectively prevented, and unsightly gloss will not occur in these areas.
