Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish safe and reliable taking in-and-out work by disposing a plurality of storing pallets between opposite support columns and conducting carry in-and-out elevating operation with the elevating frames formed on the side portions. CONSTITUTION:Plural steps of pallet placing portions 2 are formed and arranged vertically between a pair of planar support columns 1 disposed opposite to each other and a vertically movable frame 8 is attached between the columns 1. Storing pallets 5 placed on support rods 4 of respective steps of the pallet placing portions 2 are like a flat plate provided with a fitting recessed portion 6 formed on the base portion thereof corresponding to the support rods 4, and provided with flange portions for superposing a pallet transport portion formed on right and left sides thereof and with protective stoppers 5a for regulating the position of a stored article projected on front and rear sides. In this way, a long article can be taken in and out safely and reliably to store the article efficiently.

上記の如く構成されたストッカーでは、昇降フレーム8
を所望段のパレット載置部2まで上昇させ、パレット搬
送部13・13を後部に移動して収納パレット5のフラ
ンジ部7・7の下面に位置せしめた後、昇降フレーム8
を更に少し上昇させることによってパレット5をパレッ
ト載置部2から遊離状態とし、その状態でパレット搬送
部13・13を前部に移動させることで支持柱l・1間
外へ位置せしめ、昇降フレーム8を最下位置まで下降さ
せて収納物の出入を行う。而して、前記と逆の手順によ
り収納パレット5をパレット載置部2に返却することに
より作業が完了する。
