検出器に用いられる棒状加熱器の −一具体例を
示す斜視説明図であり、さらに第3図は第2図における
■−■断面を示す断面図である。
そして、第4図は、本考案の加熱器付酸素濃度検出器に
用いる金属製保護カバーの具体例を示す斜視説明図であ
り、第5図は従来の加熱器付酸素濃度検出器と本考案の
加熱器付酸素濃度検出器の排気ガス温度に対する固体電
解質温度の関係を示すグラフである。
1:有底筒状固体電解質、2:ハウジング、3:タルク

前記固体電解質の筒内に挿入される棒状加熱器とを有す
る加熱器付酸素濃度検出器において、前記棒状加熱器と
して、セラミックに正の抵抗温度係数を有する発熱体を
設けたセラミックヒータ−を用いると共に、該セラミッ
クヒータ一本体部の外表面に前記発熱体と導通ずるリー
ド端子鑞付部を設けて、該リード端子鑞付部に所定のリ
ード端子を銀を包む鑞材により鑞付固定し、さらに該リ
ード端子を固定してなる鑞材の表面に、銀以外の金属よ
りなる被覆層を設けたことを特徴とする加熱器付酸素濃
