温度の関係を示すグラフ、第5図は発熱部の位置が種々
異なるセララミックヒーターを設けた各種酸素濃度検出
器における排気ガス温度と固体電解質の温度との関係を
示すグラフ、第6図は発熱部の位置が種々異なるセラミ
