Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は単一のレバーで複数本のコントロールケーブル
を操作するための操作装置に関する。
コントロールケーブル(以下単にケーブルという)の基
本的な構造は可按・性を有する導管と、該導管内に摺動
自在に挿i11された鋼撚線からなる可撓性を有する内
索からなり、該内索の一端に加えられる押し又は引きの
匈重を他端に伝達し遠隔の従動機器を操作しうる111
.+ (構成はれている。
か−るケーブルを用いて単一のレバーで2本のケーブル
を操作するための装置には従来より柚々の発明や考案が
なされているがいづれの装置にあっても構造が極めて複
頼になっているため大きくなり、又はとんど切削加工に
より造られた部材を用いて構成されているので重量が爪
たくなることは避けられず、更に摺動する部分るを得な
かった。
本発明の主たる目的は上記の如き従来の欠点に鑑み簡単
な機構ICよって小型にすることを可能としかつ廉価と
なり史にγ7.い粘度のものを得ることがi1J能とな
った装置rtを提供するにある。
その他の目的については以下に述べる説明で11月らか
となろう。
本発明の装置の一実施例を図面によって説明には球軸受
2が固着されており、該球軸受2の軸穴には主ll1l
lI3か挿入固漸されており、該主軸3の両ydll都
はレバー5が植設されているレバー基部4に固オ、7さ
第1ている。前記主軸3の一端はカイF r+ql+部
3aとされ、他端の主軸の延長線上にケーブルを飴結す
るための一方の球関負IJ接手6が枢着されている。更
にロσ記しバー基g(S 4 bで固着された主11i
+l+ 3を軸支している球軸受2の軸芯に対してほに
垂直かつ水平方向延長線上のレバー基s4 vc他方の
球関節接手7が枢着されている。8はガイドストッパー
であってliJ記球軸受2かケーシング1の基板1aに
取付けられている付近に設けられ、主軸2に対して歩直
方向に基板1aか切欠かれ、前記主軸3の一端に設けら
れたガイド軸部3aを軽く挾む如く$成され、かつ前記
主軸3の球軸受2による水平方向への[U動を阻止し、
前記球軸2を支点とする主軸3の垂直方向の揺1!IJ
 (シーソ一連動)のみを6゛ト容するための機構であ
る。
本発明の一実施例の操作装置の作用と効果を説明すると
、第1図においてレバー5をA又はB方向に傾斜操作す
ると、球軸受2に伸Xil+固定された主軸3G垂直方
向にシーソ一連動をするので、主軸の一端側Qて枢着芒
れた球閃′jIJJ接手6Itj:a!方向に摺動して
遠隔の従動機器(図示せず)を作動させることかできる
。1 次に第2図においてレバー5をE又はF方向に傾斜操作
すると、主軸3は球軸受8により回転方向に回転するの
で球軸受20輔芯に対してるので球関節接手7に連結さ
れた破線で示したケーブル10の内iH′又はG′方回
に摺動して遠隔の従動機器(図示せず)を作動させるこ
とかできる。
更に本装置にあってはレバー5は前述の如くA 、B 
+ E + ? +方向にのみ(唄斜操作できるもので
はなく第3図に示した如くあらゆる方向に傾斜操作をす
ることが可能であるため本実施例においてはケーブルに
連結された2個の従!IJM器は無数の組合せによる作
動位置を得ることがh」能であるため特に建設機械にお
ける油圧弁の遠隔操作において機器の繊細な制御を行な
うことのできる優れた効果を発揮するものである。
更に本発明の装置は構造上切削加工による部材材はtl
とんどなく一般市販部材と、鉄板等のプレス加工による
比較的ft4+単な部・材から構成されているため従来
に比べ廉価かつ軽量小型の装置を提供できる効果をも有
する。
岡本装置の説明と図面においては2本のケーブルを操作
する実施例によったが、本発明の基本的な構造において
は、図示しないが2本以上のケーブルを同時に単一のレ
ノく−で操作しうる構造に容易になし得るものであり従
来の操作装置においてはなし得なかった極めて優れた効
果を奏しうる装置を提供できる。

側面図、第3図は主軸を中心とする一部分の斜視図であ

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. l 単一のレバーによって少くとも2本のフントロール
    ケーブルを用い遠隔の従8機器を操作する操作装Bにお
    いて、ケーシングと該ケーシングには(垂直に設けられ
    た基板に固着された球軸受と、該球軸受に挿通固定され
    た主軸と、該主軸の1IIl′l端部が固着されたレバ
    ー基部と、該レバー基部には1本のレバーと前記主軸の
    軸芯方向の延長線上および前記球軸受の軸芯Qζ対し垂
    直力向の延長線上にそれぞれ枢着され、かつフン、トロ
    ールケーブルを連結しつる少くとも各々1個の球関節接
    手と、前記主軸の少くとも一端側に設けられたガイド軸
    部と、nlJ記ケーシングの球軸受の取付部付近の基板
    に設けられかつ前記力°イド軸部を挾む如く切欠かれ、
    前記主軸の水平方向の回構成豆れたことを特徴とするコ
    ントロールケーブル用操作装置。
