乗員拘束用ウェビングを巻取る巻取軸と、この巻取軸と
連動して回転するロックギヤと、乗員のウェビング装着
後に前記ロックギヤと係合して巻取軸のウェビング引出
回転を停止させるボウルと、を有するロック機構であっ
て、前記ボウルは乗員が装着状態までウェビングを引出
した状態で磁力によりロックギヤへのかみ合い方向に付
勢され、巻取軸の回転力を摩擦力を介して受は所定角度
だけ回転可能とされた摩擦板に切欠を形成し、乗員のウ
ェビング装着後にこの切欠を前記ボウルへ対応させてボ
ウルをロックギヤへかみ合わせることを特徴とした巻取
