て回動ずもよう配置されかづ回動にともない変位するカ
ム面を有するカム部材と;該カム部材のカム面に当接し

のウエビング引出しに、伴うカム面の変位に従いカップ
部材に対し揺動して前記カップ部材と係合しカップ部材
