CONSTITUTION:One terminal of an elastic member 15 which extends toward the direction crossing the rotational axis line of the rotary drum 3 is fixed thereto and the head 8 is fixed to the other terminal, so that the head 8 is movable in the same direction with the rotational axis line of the rotary drum 3. One terminal of a connecting rod 18 is fixed to a base metal 17 and the permanent magnet 19 is fixed to the other terminal. The electromagnetic coil 20 which generates an electromagnetic force to the permanent magnet 19 is arranged fixedly on the rotary drum 3. When a current is flowed to the electromagnetic coil 20 through a rotary transformer 9, the electromagnetic force operates on the permanent magnet 19 and the head 8 moves in the direction of the rotational axis line of the rotary drum 3.
