This type of washing machine has a pump blade installed on the back side of the stirring blade at the bottom of the tank, a pumping channel extending from near the pump blade to the upper part of the tank, and a filter installed below the discharge port of the pumping channel. Therefore, during washing and rinsing, the water in the tank is passed through the pumping channel by the pump impeller, raised to the upper part of the tank, and then discharged into the tank from the outlet of the pumping channel to form a forced circulation water flow. I'm trying to capture lint.

問題があった。
However, with this system, water is forced into the pumping channel, so the force of the water returning from the discharge port of the pumping channel into the tank is strong, so the circulating water that has passed through the filter is mixed with the water in the tank. There was a problem in that a large amount of bubbles were generated due to strong impact.

それ故、すすぎ効率が低下する欠点もあった。Therefore, there was also a drawback that the rinsing efficiency was reduced.

In particular, in the case of a washing machine that also serves as a dehydrator, there is a problem in which the foam flows out between the rotating tub and the water receiving tank and acts as a resistance to the rotation of the rotating tub, causing the spinning tub to stop rotating normally. There were also problems in that the dehydration efficiency deteriorated.

When the stirring blade 18 is rotated during the detergent washing and rinsing operations, the pump blade 21 integrated with the stirring blade 18 rotates, and water between the rotating tank 6 and the water receiving tank 1 flows into the water intake port 17.
The water is sucked into the pump chamber 20 from here, and the sucked water is urged by the pump blades 21 and discharged from the water outlet 20a, and further flows into the lower water passage 23. It passes through the main passageway 25 and the discharge pipe 26, that is, the pumping passageway 27, and is raised to the upper part of the rotating tank 6, and is discharged into the rotating tank 6 from the discharge port 28.

As the water is returned to the rotary tank 6, a considerable amount of water passes through the dewatering hole 7 and flows out from the rotary tank 6 between the rotary tank 6 and the water receiving tank 1.

Now, in the above-mentioned forced circulation water flow type, the pump impeller 2
1 is energized by the pumping channel 27, but since the discharge port 28 is wider than other parts of the pumping channel 27 in this embodiment, the water is lifted up in the pumping channel 27 with great force. Momentum is weakened.

Therefore, the water discharged from the discharge port 28 is deenergized,
As a result, bubbles do not form on the water surface in the folding tank where the iron water returns to the rotating tank 6.

In this way, according to this embodiment, the discharge port 28 of the pumping channel 27
Since the part is made wider than other parts, it is possible to prevent the formation of bubbles, which improves the rinsing efficiency, and
Bubbles will not adhere to the inner lid 32, etc.

Especially when it is a dehydrating/dehydrating washing machine like this example,
The rotation of the rotary tank 6 during dewatering can also be carried out smoothly without being hindered by bubbles, thereby improving the dewatering efficiency.

By the way, even if the pumping channel is straight without widening the discharge port, it is possible to obtain the same effect as above by weakening the pumping action by reducing the size of the pump blades, etc., but this will reduce the pumping capacity. As a result, when the water level in the rotating tank 6 is low, a problem arises in that even the formation of a forced circulation water flow becomes unstable.

In this regard, according to this embodiment, the water force can be alleviated by another means of widening the discharge port 28, so that the pump blade 28 can be relaxed.
1 can be set as desired, and a forced circulation water flow can be reliably formed without being influenced by the water level, that is, the amount of water, in the rotating tank 6.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention pumps the water in the tank, which is energized by the pump blade installed on the back side of the stirring blade and this polyp blade, to the ancient capital above the tank, and then discharges it into the tank. In a washing machine in which a forced circulation water flow is formed by a pumping channel, and lint is captured by a filter provided at a position to receive water discharged from the pumping channel, the discharge port portion of the pumping channel is connected to the pumping channel. This channel is characterized by being wider than other parts of the channel, which reliably prevents bubbles from forming on the water surface in the tank when forced circulation water flow is formed, thereby improving rinsing efficiency. Therefore, it is possible to provide a washing machine that exhibits various excellent effects, such as being able to prevent foaming without reducing the pumping capacity of the pump blades.
