Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it hard to cause poor contact and to lower resistance by using an electrically conductive paste at >=2 places for conduction of one electrode in conduction of an electrode formed on one of the substrates of a liquid crystal display element to an electrode formed on the other substrate. CONSTITUTION:Conduction of a display part electrode 1 formed on one of the substrates, such as upper substrate, of a liquid crystal display element and its lead bent part electrode 2 to the lead bent part electrode 3 of the lower substrate is executed by extending the electrode 3, and using conductive pastes 5, 6 at the 2 places of the lead bent part, as shown in the figure. The obtained display device is halved in the resistance of the lead bent part and made it hard to cause poor contact, and highly reliable.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Utilization of the Invention] The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device, and particularly relates to a liquid crystal display device, in particular, a conductive paste formed on one substrate from tce:i to an electrode formed on the other substrate. Regarding the addition of the routing part that establishes conduction through the.

FIG. 1 shows the structure of the routing portion of a conventional liquid crystal display element. On the upper substrate, as shown by solid lines, a clothing part cover, a pole 1, and a lead wire electrode 2 are formed. On the lower board,
As shown by the dotted line, is the routing N? iL'4%3 and the terminal now are formed. The lead wire electrode 2 on the upper substrate and the lead wire electrode 3 on the lower board are connected with a conductive paste.

In this way, since there are 5 pieces of conductive paste in the lead-out part 1.4i2.3 and 1 places for each lead-out part, the conductive paste 5 cannot make sufficient contact, resulting in poor welding. There was a drawback. Also, in order to lower the resistance of the routing part, the routing 11! Iti hair & 2,3
There was a drawback that the line width had to be made thicker, and the resistance of the routing part could not be lowered. Especially in liquid crystal display elements where the liquid crystal driving frequency is high, if the resistance in the circuit is h,
Distortion is also large for cut waveforms.
