Claims

（１）半導体素子等からなる主体部の両側から反対方向
に延出されている電気部品のリード線を切断する装置で
あって、上面に第１の凹部を有する基台と、前記第１の凹部内に
スプリング等の第１の弾性手段を介して上下動可能に嵌
装され、かつ、前記第１の凹部の上方に突出するように
形成された互いに平行な両側板を有するほぼＵ字形の受
は板と、前記基台に支持された押し金具とを含み、前記
押し金具は前記第１の凹部と対向する位置に穿設された
第２の凹部と、該第２の凹部を形成する両側壁の下端に
おいて前記受は板の両側板に摺擦するように形成された
切断刃とをもち、かつ、前記第２の凹部内には前記受は
板の両側板の上端面との間で前記リード線の根元側を挾
持する下端面を有する押え板と、常態において前記押し
板をその下端面が前記切断刃よりも下方に突出するよう
に付勢するスプリング等からなる第２の弾性手段とが設
