Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検波されるべき信号がベースに印加される第１トランジ
    スタと、該第、１トランジスタのエミッタとアースとの
    間に接続されたコンデンサと、ベースが前記第１トラン
    ジスタのエミッタに接続された第２トランジスタと、該
    第２トランジスタのコレクタ電流の反転電流を得る為の
    電流反転回路と、該電流反転回路の出力がベースに印加
    される第３トランジスタと、該第３トランジスタと前記
    第２トランジスタとの共通ｘミッタに接続された電流源
    と、前記第１トランジスタのベースに接続されたバイア
    ス回路とから成るＡＭ検波回路。
