回路を閉、開するナイフスイッチからなる電源スィッチ
と、前記外側の取付板の傾倒時の前記把手の近傍に透設
されたハンドル挿入口と、前記スイッチの起立時に前記
挿入口に挿入され前記把手の当接により該把手の傾倒を
阻止する前記回転軸の手動回転用の操作ハンドルとを備
