弁口の開閉あるいは切り換えを行なう弁と、モータの動
作制御をするための電気制御回路を“備え、軸に軸の半
径方向に延出し軸と共に回転する弁口の手動開閉あるい
は切り換え用のハンドルを設けると共に、このハンドル
の外周部に、ドライバーや棒やすり等の工具が差し込め
