、第２図は本考案の一実施例回路としてのマイクロ波発
振回路、第３図は第２図のＡ−Ａ′断面図、及び第４図
は本考案の効果を示す周波数ｆと温度との関係特性図で
ある。 図中、１は第一の回路基板、２は発振用素子、５と６は
夫々素子２に対する入力整合回路と出力整合回路、７は
方向性結合器、９はストリップ線路、１１は接地板、及
び１２は第二の回路−板である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体基板と、該誘電体基板上に載置された能動素子と
    、該誘電体基板上に配置された前記能動素子の入出力間
    を接続して帰還回路を構成する導体路とを備え、前記導
    体路は正の温度係数を有する誘電体基板と負の温度係数
    を有する誘電体基板上に連続して配設されて帰還回路を
    構成してなることを特徴とする温度補償型発振器。
