Abstract

資と運用費をかけねばならず実用的ではない、しかし組
立られたディスクエンクロージャ内にとじ込められるほ
こりは組立時に器物の表面に耐着するものの外は、該デ
ィスクエンクロージャ内に外部から混入しようとするほ
こりはフィルタ等で除去するとため新たには入りにくく
内部のほこりの量は限られており、封入時に中に入れる
器物すなわちディスク表面等に付着するものを効率よく
取り去る手段があれば、組立てられたディスクエンクロ
ージャ内のかんきようはかなり艮好な無塵レベルを維持
してディスクヘノド等を封じ込めることが可能となる。

スクを回転させなから当接面に研摩テープを不し、該磁
気ディスク表面を加圧挾持するごみ取りヘッドを挿入し
摺動させることにより、表面に+1着していたごみをぬ
ぐい取ることにより実現することである。
