    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に半導体等のチップが接着剤にて接着され、上記
    チップに接続したワイヤが上記基板上の所定部分にボン
    ディングされた電子部品において、上記基板には凹部と
    該凹部の周囲に位置する溝とを形成し、上記凹部に上記
    接着剤を配することを特徴とする電子部品。
