Claims (3)
この水晶の一端側に配置されてY軸方向又はX軸方
向に偏光波を出射する発光手段と、この発光手段からの
偏光波を直角方向に反射して上記水晶の一端部から該水
晶にZ軸方向に透過させる第1の反射手段と、上記水晶
を透過した光を直角方向に反射させる第2の反射手段と
、上記水晶の他端側てかつ上記発光手段と同じ側に配置
され上記第2の反射手段を通した偏光波の電界強度に応
じて変化する透過光量を検出する受光手段とを備え、上
記水晶のY軸方向又はX軸方向に印加される電界に比例
した信号を上記受光手段から得ることを特徴とする電界
