    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャップ本体内の下部に凹部を有する下部支持板を一体
    に設け、該下部支持板の凹部上に、負圧スプリング及び
    ディスクを介して弁板の下側に弾性弁を取り付けた負圧
    弁兼加圧弁を設けて前記ディスクで負圧弁兼加圧弁の中
    央部を支持すると共に、下部支持板の肩部で負圧弁兼加
    圧弁の周囲部分を支持し、該負圧弁兼加圧弁上に加圧ス
    プリングを介して上部支持板を固定したことを特徴とす
