【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はプツシ晶式スイッチの製造方法に関する。従
来、この種の製造方法は帯状板のプレス抜き加工によっ
て、固定端子片、可動端子片保持部等が所定の配置状態
で互いに連接片による単位体で形成し、この単位体のイ
ンサート成形により、上記各端子片を合成樹脂材で保持
せしめた后、上記連接片を切除して、゛各端子片を分離
するのである。以上のような従来方法は、比較的平面的
な加工方法で、絶縁距離を充分確保する為には、平面積
を拡大しなければならなかった。又、汎用性を有する製
品を提供するには、高湿度、注水、浸水等の条件下でも
常に絶縁性の高い製品を要求されるが、本発明は斯様な
条件を充分満足させる小型で電気絶縁性の高い、而も組
立工程の簡単な、低コストなスイッチの製造方法を提供
するものである。

樹脂絶縁材による環状溝(2)を分離する。尚、環状溝
(5)は基体(4)内部の水滴通路となり、第5図に示
す基体(4)外側面蓋部(6)は前述の如く、容易に離
脱し環状溝(5)の開口部(7)となって水滴等を外部
を流出させる出口となる。又、外側面蓋部(6)は組立
工程上、各端子片+11 +21の半田フラックス処理
時のスラックス液の流入防止となり、組立作業性を向上
させる目的をもっている。

を取付けて、該可動接片を上記固定接点に対向させる工
程とからなるものでちる。従って上記可動接片側支持部
(2a)と上記固定端子(1a)間に立体的に任意な絶
縁沿面距離が確保される他、各端子間の高い位置精度に
加え高湿度、水滴、注水等による水分の内部滞留のない
安全で信頼性の高い汎用性に富んだブツシュ式スイッチ
が製造可能である。
